Really, two of a kind.
Between the two of them, Rachel Donovan Geller and Kaity Potak have 36 years of experience, 32 global creativity awards, 526 hours of yoga teacher training, 196 five-star Airbnb host reviews, 2 patents, and 3 sons.
But as art school and liberal arts school graduates and creative directors, numbers were never really their thing. Until they started their own company, MOONS, in 2020 to reimagine the menstrual care experience. It was there in the fem tech startup space that they learned the nitty gritty of running a company—from financial models and COGs to trademark certifications and growth hacks to industrial prototypes and email drip campaign flows.
Now they’re using their dual experiences to support emerging and legacy brands infuse kindness and creativity into their brand communications strategies.
More about R + K
Rachel studied under Milton Glaser and Richard Wilde and worked with Spike Lee, John Legend, and Brian Chesky. Kaity once presented to the Cannes Executive Jury 38 weeks pregnant. One is Art and one is Copy but they both do it all (and then some) with gentle generosity. And what they don’t do, they know and trust someone who does.

Rachel is a passionate creative director, art director, female founder and mother.
An SVA alumni, she built her career from a Junior Art Director to a Chief Creative Officer, and made stops at some of NYC’s biggest agencies (McCann, BBDO, Publicis, DDB) and worked on some of the world’s most beloved brands (Airbnb, Google, Chevrolet, Target) before launching her own menstrual care start-up, MOONS.
She stays inspired by all her fellow artists, creators, storytellers, founders and dreamers and will never stop chasing the feeling you get when you land on the big idea. Or the feeling you get when you lead with compassion and love.

Kaity is a creative director, copywriter and brand developer with 15 years experience in everything from small start-ups to global legacy brands. She is a conceptual thinker who sweats the details, can read the room, and loves to build an inspiring presentation.
Based in NYC until 2020, she is well-versed in the CPG, women's health, arts & entertainment, hospitality and tech spaces and has worked at agencies big and small, from Arthouse to McCann, for clients ranging from Purina, Pernod Ricard and BIC to Samsung, Reckitt Benckiser and MOONS.
Now based in the Catskills, she works to help young brands find their identity and grow their footprint, with an emphasis on mission-based companies and compelling founder stories.
